With no need for a complicated menu system, the Xros Mini detects which pod you’ve chosen and sets the wattage to either 16W or 11W accordingly. It makes your kit simpler to use, as you don’t have to figure out wattages or settings to vape. Whether the 1.2 Ohm, or the 0.8 Ohm pod (sold separately), is being used, you’ll experience full flavour and a discreet amount of vapour production for an MTL inhale.
The 2ml Xros pod is easily topped up via the filling port located underneath the mouthpiece. The 1.2 Ohm pod allows your kit to deliver a discreet inhale that’s closer to the feel of a cigarette. How To Set Up & Use My Vaporesso Xros Mini Kit
How To Charge Your Xros Mini Kit
Make sure your kit is fully charged before using it for the first time. You can use the USB cable included, with a full charge taking up to an hour from 0%.
Remove The Xros Pod Mouthpiece
To get your pod ready for filling, remove the black mouthpiece. You won’t need any tools, but if it’s a little stuck try putting the pod in your kit.
Fill Your Xros Pod
With the mouthpiece removed, you’ll be able to see two holes. Fill your pod via the hole with the black underlay – do not refill via the centre hole.
Reassemble Your Kit
Re-attach the mouthpiece to your pod. Again, if it’s tricky to put on, try inserting the pod into your kit first. Push down until you hear a click.
Prime Your Xros Coil
Stand your kit upright and leave it for ten minutes. This gives the e-liquid inside your pod time to soak into your coil, also known as ‘priming’ your coil.
Unlock & Vape Your Vaporesso XROS
Now that your coil is primed, click the kit’s button five times to unlock it. When unlocked, push the button again to vape.

To get started with the Xros 4 Mini, just insert your pod and Smart Mode will automatically recognise your coil and select the best power output. Fill your pod, then simply inhale on the mouthpiece to vape. Use the airflow slider to control how tight or loose each puff feels. A handy indicator light on the face of the device will help you keep track of your battery life so you know when it’s time to recharge.
To refill your Xros pod, remove the mouthpiece and top it up with 2ml of e-liquid. Xros pods include a built-in Corex mesh coil that’ll heat vape juice quickly and evenly to improve flavour. Within the Xros pod range, there are plenty of resistances between 0.4 Ohm and 1.2 Ohms to pick from, so it’s easy to find your perfect inhale. All Xros pods can be paired with 50% VG blends, while the lower resistance 0.4 Ohm pods can also be used with 70% VG e-liquid.

How To Set Up & Use The XROS 4 Mini Kit
Charge Your Device
Plug in the included USB-C charging cable into the port at the base of the kit to charge the device.
Prepare Pod For Filling
Remove the pod from the kit and remove the mouthpiece from the pod.
Fill Pod
Fill your pod, the fill port is marked with a red seal.
Replace Pod And Mouthpiece
Put the mouthpiece back on the pod and insert the pod back into the kit. Leave it to stand upright for a few minutes to let the liquid soak in.
Inhale To Vape
Smart Mode will automatically detect what pod you’re using, so just inhale on the mouthpiece to vape.
Adjust Airflow
You can switch between MTL and RDTL vaping by adjusting the airflow on the side of the device.

Remove The Xros 3 Mini Mouthpiece
Take the Xros pod out of your kit and remove the black mouthpiece by clicking it away from you – the easiest way to do this is to hold the device in your hand and use your thumb to push the mouthpiece off.
Fill The Vaporesso Xros 3 Mini Pod
Fill your pod by putting the nib of your e-liquid bottle into the hole ringed with red rubber.
Reassemble Your Xros 3 Mini Pod
Once your pod has been refilled, replace the mouthpiece. You’ll hear a click when the mouthpiece has been securely attached.
Prime Your Xros 3 Coil
Leave your pod upright for five minutes to “prime” your coil. This gives the coil time to soak up e-liquid, which helps it last longer and boosts flavour.
Vape Your Xros 3 Mini
Inhale on the mouthpiece to vape. You’ll experience a small amount of vapour for an MTL inhale.
Charge Your Xros 3 Mini
We recommend charging your kit before you use it. Using the included USB-C cable, a full charge should take around an hour.

How To Set Up & Use The Vaporesso Xros 5 Mini Vape Kit
Charge Your Xros 5 Mini
With the included USB-C cable, you can recharge your Xros 5 Mini in less than an hour. The LED indicators on the front of the device will display your battery charge level.
Remove Your Xros 5 Mini Pod
Pull the pod out of the device.
Prepare Your Xros 5 Mini Pod
Peel the sticker from the base. Remove the mouthpiece.
Fill Your Xros Pod.
The fill port is marked with a red silicone ring. Fill the pod with vape juice.
Insert Your Xros 5 Mini Pod
Replace the mouthpiece and slide the pod into the device.
Prime Your Xros Pod
Wait ten minutes before you vape for your coil to “prime”, allowing e-liquid to fully soak into the cotton. This boosts flavour and makes your pod last longer.
Vape Your Xros 5
Press and hold the button or inhale on the mouthpiece to vape.
Adjust Your Airflow
Use the airflow slider on the side of the device to swap between a tighter or looser inhale.
